Released in 2009, It's Blitz! marked a bold and stylish evolution for Yeah Yeah Yeahs. Known for their explosive garage-rock beginnings, the New York trio embraced a sleeker, synth-driven sound that blended indie rock energy with shimmering electronic production.

Fronted by the magnetic Karen O, alongside guitarist Nick Zinner and drummer Brian Chase, the band crafted an album that effortlessly bridges dancefloor-ready beats with their signature alternative edge.

The record includes some of the band’s most recognisable songs, including the electrifying Heads Will Roll, which became a global indie-dance anthem, as well as the driving single Zero. Throughout the album, pulsing synths and tight rhythms complement Karen O’s charismatic vocal performances.
