The Doors - Strange Days CD

The Doors’ Strange Days is the band’s second studio album and one of the defining psychedelic rock records of the 1960s. Featuring Jim Morrison, Ray Manzarek, Robby Krieger and John Densmore, the album developed the dark, atmospheric sound established on their debut.

Recorded at Sunset Sound in Hollywood, Strange Days combines psychedelic rock, blues and experimental textures with Morrison’s distinctive vocals and lyrics. The album produced two of the band's best-known singles, People Are Strange and Love Me Two Times.

Other highlights include Moonlight Drive, You’re Lost Little Girl, My Eyes Have Seen You and the dramatic title track. The album closes with the epic When The Music’s Over, an extended performance that became another enduring Doors favourite.
