The Cure - Mixed Up 2 LP

Originally released in 1990, Mixed Up is a collection of remixes and reworked versions of classic tracks by British alternative rock band The Cure. Featuring new interpretations of songs from across their celebrated catalogue, the album gives familiar material a fresh electronic and dance-influenced sound while retaining the distinctive melodies and atmosphere of the originals. Highlights include extended and remixed versions of 'Lullaby', 'Close To Me', 'Fascination Street' and 'The Walk'. Blending alternative rock, synth-pop and club-inspired rhythms, Mixed Up offers a different perspective on some of The Cure's best-known recordings, presented here as a two-LP set.
