Seasick Steve - ...Songs For Elisabeth CD

Seasick Steve’s ...Songs For Elisabeth showcases the raw, rootsy blues sound that has made the American musician known for his gritty vocals, distinctive guitar playing and stripped-back approach to songwriting. Drawing on traditional blues, country and Americana, the album centres on earthy rhythms, expressive performances and stories shaped by life’s ups and downs.
With Seasick Steve’s characteristic rough-edged delivery and blues-driven arrangements, the record offers an intimate alternative to polished studio production. ...Songs For Elisabeth is a strong addition to his catalogue, bringing together his love of traditional American music and his individual, instinctive performance style on CD.
