2112 is the breakthrough fourth studio album by Canadian progressive rock legends Rush, originally released in 1976. The album marked a turning point for the band, establishing their reputation for ambitious songwriting, technical musicianship and science-fiction storytelling.

The first side of the album is dominated by the epic 2112, a seven-part suite inspired in part by the dystopian themes of Anthem. The piece showcases the dynamic interplay between guitarist Alex Lifeson, bassist and vocalist Geddy Lee, and drummer and lyricist Neil Peart.

Alongside the epic title suite, the album features a collection of fan-favourite tracks including A Passage to Bangkok, The Twilight Zone, and Something for Nothing.

Released on CD, 2112 remains one of the most influential albums in progressive rock history and the record that launched Rush to international success.
