Nightwish Dark Passion Play is the ambitious sixth studio album from Finnish symphonic metal pioneers Nightwish. Originally released in 2007, it marked the band's first album featuring vocalist Anette Olzon and introduced a new chapter in their evolution while retaining the epic orchestral sound that had become their trademark.
