Macy Gray's second album, The Id, showcases an artist at the peak of her creativity, breaking down all boundaries. Following the immense success of On How Life Is, Gray continued to take the world by storm with her unique voice and powerful lyrics.

On this follow-up album, she touches on all the genres she desires. The result is a funky celebration of life reminiscent of the heyday of Sly & The Family Stone and Funkadelic, but with a 2000s hip-hop and neo-soul twist.

The Id is a limited edition of 2000 individually numbered copies on pink coloured vinyl and includes an insert.
