Kneecap - Fine Art CD

Fine Art is the 2024 debut studio album from Belfast rap trio Kneecap, featuring Mo Chara, Móglaí Bap and DJ Próvaí. Produced by Toddla T, the album combines Irish- and English-language hip-hop with sharp satire, pounding beats and socially conscious storytelling.

Set around the fictional Belfast pub The Rutz, the record brings together a cast of characters and stories reflecting the band's distinctive humour and perspective. “3CAG”, featuring Radie Peat, opens with an energetic blend of rap and traditional Irish influences, while the title track delivers Kneecap's irreverent, uncompromising style. “Better Way to Live”, featuring Fontaines D.C. frontman Grian Chatten, adds another dimension to the album, alongside highlights such as “I'm Flush”, “Sick in the Head” and “Drug Dealin Pagans”.

Moving between provocative lyrics, infectious rhythms and interludes that build the album's pub setting, Fine Art presents a distinctive take on contemporary Irish hip-hop.
